Serenity pH Boric Acid Dissolvables
 
We use finely milled pure boric acid powder for increased comfort. Coarser grades are cheaper, but they tend to cause more irritation and take longer to dissolve.
 
WHAT DOES BORIC ACID DO?
 
Boric Acid works widely to balance your vaginal pH. It has both antibacterial & anti-fungal properties plus destroys biofilm.
 
(1) Relieves symptoms of bacterial vaginosis (BV), including odour, watery discharge & itch.
(2) Treats recurring yeast infections (thrush) including non Albicans thrush resistant to Fluconazole
(3)Restores and maintains healthy vaginal pH levels to support a balanced microbiome
(4) Works as a diagnostic tool. If Boric Acid doesn’t work this indicates that something else is going on. We can help you to get answers.

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before inserting vaginally.
There are many ways to insert. We recommend inserting before bedtime to avoid fighting gravity. But any time is fine.
Lay down in a comfortable position with your knees bent. Place a pillow under your hips.
Gently insert the capsule into your vagina as high as is comfortable. This helps the capsule dissolve. Use some V Balm or a lube if you feel any resistance.
A soft-edged reusable applicator can improve comfort & ease of insertion.
As the capsule dissolves, the Boric Acid powder will disperse and do its thing. Working to reset your pH while you sleep.
There may be some watery discharge the next morning after the Boric Acid ‘dissolves’ and exits with some fluid. Wear a (reusable) soft liner to wick away any wetness from touching your skin.
Continue to use as a spot treatment as needed to maintain pH balance.
 
Most women with a simple pH disruption will only need to use from 1 to 3 Boric Acid Dissolvables to get results. For many it will be ‘one and done’.
