Vegan capsules support sensitivity issues because they dissolve quickly and can feel less invasive than the gelatine capsules. The actual capsule shell is thinner. But be aware to not handle them with wet hands.
Vegan capsules will dissolve in water whereas the gelatine ones won’t. If you ever want to test whether a capsule is vegan you can wet it with water to see.
